Customer Feedback
At ENSINGER, we are dedicated to giving our customers the best possible service. In order to do this effectively, we regularly gather feedback from existing customers through our customer surveys.
The survey allows customers to express their views on the services ENSINGER offers such as delivery, material availability, technical advice and quality. It enables us to see areas we need to improve or promote so that customers can be completely satisfied with the services we offer.
