Engineering plastics components, such as grease lubrication inserts for landing gear applications, are now regularly replacing metals. They offer benefits such as improved corrosion resistance, weight saving, extended product life and reduced costs.

Small parts and large size components can be economically produced on the most modern CNC-controlled processing centres and cycle-controlled automatic turning lathes. Lot sizes are irrelevent. Complex geometries are possible with simultaneous 4 and 5-axis processing.
