CNC Routing

CNC routers are high-speed, highly accurate and relatively low cost production machines that are fast becoming the tool of choice for the manufacture of components from sheet materials. Ensinger, always at the forefront of technology, offers 3, 4 or 5-axis CNC routing and the expertise and sophisticated software necessary to drive down production costs and lead times.

Volume manufacture of small components is cost effectively and efficiently accomplished either by nesting multiple components from sheet, or by utilising shuttle machining, thereby reducing non-cutting time while new sheets are loaded. Simultaneous 5-axis contouring provides for the production of highly complex prismatic parts and surfaces, or for the machining of five faces of a cube from one step-up.
